Mr Parker is very diligent when searching for a home he responds quickly and makes it his business to get responses from owners and management companies that drag their feet when it comes to responding to the consumer.

Jermaine Parker, first a very nice human being. On a very short notice he tried to help us in every way. Our lease was about to end and we had no place finalized accordingly but thanks to Jermaine its because of him we found such a nice place to live. Highly recommended. Hes very knowledgeable about the real estate market whether youre buying, renting or selling. In my case it involved finding a nice luxury condo rental close to the city but not too far from the suburbs and with parking! I reached out to him and explained my situation that I was moving back to Philly because of my job. I let him know that I needed to find a home preferably before the holidays and definitely before the new year. I gave him my price range and some of the details I was looking for within a home. Before the end of the day he had a list of properties for me to choose from that were more than ideal. All of them were brand new constructions. He was also able to show them the same day. This was very helpful because I was only in town for the weekend and wanted to view the properties in person. He walked me through the process which was simple, answered every question I had. I never felt pressured and I was able to settle on a condo rental. If youre looking to sell, rent or purchase a home I highly recommend Jermaine.
