When my husband and I decided to relocate from New York to Philadelphia, we were not sure if we would be able to find a real estate agent who could help us find a home remotely from out of town. We are first time homebuyers and felt daunted by the process to say the least. From the moment we spoke to Brittany Nettles, she inspired total confidence and had experience with lots of families moving to Philadelphia from out of town during the pandemic. I highly recommend She Moves Philly. My husband and I worked with Brittany Nettles and Britt McLaughlin to sell our condo and buy our new home during the Winter and early Spring of 2021. They were professional, attentive, so knowledgable about the Philadelphia real estate market, and so fun to work with. This was our first time selling (we were nervous) and Brittany Nettles walked us through every step of the way and was able to secure multiple offers over ask! When it came to buying our new home - we had a very specific location in mind and the Britts were patient as we waited for the perfect house to come on the market. Once we found the house - Britt McLaughlin made us feel confident in the buying process and helped us work through all the steps to make sure we got our dream home. We sold our home in Philadelphia and bought a home in Abington with the help of She Moves Philly in April 2021. Brittany Nettles was our agent and she was fantastic!
