        Pathetic patient care. The staff and nurses of Dr Rene Rubin are incompetent. My wife waited a month for a return call on her medication refill and if she needed help/advise from a nurse. Even at the office we have to wait at least an hour to see the doctor.

        I waited over an hour in a medical room just to hear my results were normal. Office is incredibly slow. What could have been a phone call turned into me waiting anxiously and missing work.
