GR Contracting

Gave me a price to subdivide a garage and then kept increasing the price as he did the work. We paid him and he only completed half of the job. It's been well over a year and he stopped responding to my emails. I would NEVER use this company again for surveying. Scam.

Very happy with my experience w GR Contracting. Did a survey for my property fall 2017 before I put in my driveway. He communicated well, arrived at arranged times, was reasonably priced, and provided multiple copies of the survey in a timely manner. I recommend.

Just had a survey done yesterday on a pending land purchase and received our certified PDF via email today. Very responsive, punctual and professional.

Hello, Horrible experience! Nightmare. Lost over $12,000 due to having a fence installed, taken down & re installed due to wrong markings & an incorrect storm management report. Upon Township re inspection of fence, found out property was off a few inches to a few feet on survey. Also wire flags were installed, states in fence permit that metal posts were to be marked in ground. I had to pay another surveyor to do correctly. Paid $2,000 for storm management report. Had delays getting report from Gus. When received & reviewed, it had many mistakes. I had to pay another engineer to re do.

No communication skills and want to no why we were told one thing and now theres a delay and no questions were answered and now theres no one emailing back my girl when he was supposed to and no receipt
