The owner,Jerome was very attentive to my plumbing needs. He assessed the problem thoroughly and then made the necessary repairs/installation. When I called, he was there and even returned for follow up work. After the job was completed the work space was clean as if there were no repairs ever made. Where do I start? Rome was referred to me by a friend and at first I was a little skeptical due to past experiences but I am so happy that I went with him! I had a basic vision of how I wanted my bathroom but he said “why stop there, for your budget I can redo the entire thing”. He told me 5-7 days which I thought was a little unrealistic but he immediately went to work and got the job done in the time frame promised! He encountered some surprises with the project due to the job the previous workers did but he handled everything well and still executed! I absolutely love my bathroom and it’s now my favorite place of the house! I already booked another job with him and will recommend him to family and friends! Services: Remodelling, Flooring repair
