Everyone I spoke to from the time I made an appointment to the time I saw a physician was very nice. Everyone was very personable as well, it was my first visit and I felt like I’ve been going there for years. Such incredible staff. They’re always on time for my appointments which is so rare for busy offices. Dr Lau always takes time with me for appointments and his staff is professional and helpful. Recently during an emergency their staff was so resourceful and helpful to reach the doctor that was out of the office to find solutions. Nurse Tiffany was so kind, knowledgeable and amazing! Can’t recommend this office enough.

Went in for a routine physical that is fully covered by my insurance. Throughout the visit and as I scheduled the appointment, I made it clear I was only coming in for a routine check up. As Dr. Kuzma was taking my medical history and asking about my most recent emergency room visit, I explained that it was for a permanent condition that I have had for 20 years. She then billed me for a consultation about that condition. Before I left, the receptionist asked me for my payment, and I said it's fully covered by my insurance. She explained what Dr. Kuzma billed me for, and I recited that I was only answering her questions and in no way was seeking medical advice, but she said it was out of her control. I disputed this with my insurance and the doctor won, and now I have to pay out of pocket.

The front desk staff here is so responsive and on top of it. Not to mention I've had great experiences with my PCP.
