I came in the older lady in the middle with glasses downstairs was so rude for no reason and didnt wanna help me and was screaming some people do not need to work in customer service then the heavy set guy was in the back laughing never again I went to Hernandez auto the girl helped me sad because my dad said the same thing that lady is always rude and he been there for 10 years

DoNT GO TO THEM ..THEY ARE A SCAM..I DONT EVEN SEE HOW THEY STILL IN business ..1st OFF THEY DO NOT have a claims department SO if u get into a accident dont think they goin to do they job they will give u the run around when its time to make a claim then the number they give u to call to make a claim Is somebody cell # that never answersI got in a accident 2 months ago and till this day I have yet been able to speak to anybody in the claims department..If u try and call them and ask them about your claim ,filling a claim or any thing involving the claims department they will act like they know nothing and have nothing to do with claims..2nd they dont have full coverage so if they tell u they do they just trying to get more $ out u theres no full coverage u basically just paying them for insurance just to drive around with Incase u get pulled over thats litterally it..They Are rude and when u question them to much about your insurance they will bang on u..its a scam dont go there.. Alotta of these reviews are fake I havent found one person who had this insurance company who has filled and had a successful claimBeofre u go to any car insurance company always question them about there claim Department because thats who will handle your accident when u hey I to one..if when u ask about the claims department at any car insurance place and they either say we dont handle that , or we dont know anything about claims dont go to them.

I went to the woodhaven road office and ended up being helped by ed at the rising sun one. He is the most helpful patient and thoughtful person i have ever met. He went out of his way to help me and i havent been able to get other places to help at all. But he took care of my work personally, picked up and dropped off at my house since i have a hard time getting out and he was the biggest help and he wouldnt even let me tip him to everything he did. I cant recommend him enough-i will be sending more people his way.
