I stayed at this hotel while at the ISTE conference. I have to give the service 5 stars for sure! Dermot (the front desk attendant) was very attentive to our needs. He greeted us every time he saw us and answered all questions. The hotel had many nice amenities (coffee/tea available 24/7, a purified water machine with plenty of bottles) and was within walking distance of the convention center. My only issue is that the room was smaller than I thought it would be. However, it still had all I need and was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Philly.

I stayed in this hotel twice. Once in 2021 and once in 2023. First time in 2021 was not a great experience because the room was extremely small and carpet was not clean. It's very sticky and even the bathroom floor has footprint on it. This year I booked on Priceline and Priceline booked this hotel for me through express deal. I was charged immediately. This hotel later also charged me a second time. And they do not provide receipt and it's only available when you ask. I found out about the duplicate charge later and it took me a lot of time talking to Priceline and this hotel to figure out what's going on. The hotel front desk asked me to reach out to member service and the member service told me to reach out to front desk. Very confusing... Although they refunded me, it was not a pleasant experience. So I recommend people always check your bank statement to make sure this hotel does not charge you twice quietly.
