Best doctors and staff. I especially love Dr. Diane Kim. And there was a nurse named Megan these two treated me with the upmost care. They listen to what I had to say and we were very compassionate. I am thankful for another doctor named Nicole. She was so sweet everyone at Childrens Hospital is just so kind! If youre looking for compassion, love, and very well knowledged doctors this is the place you need to go for your children.

First time at hospital with a child of mine. We were here for 6 days had an awesome experience! Great doctors and spectacular nurses!!

Security is a hassle. Female guard at the reception area was rude, arrogant, and didn't seem like she was interested in any aspect of her job except when it was time for her next break.

Chop medical staff is great. As for chop billing and administration are HORRIBLE. We still haven't received an answer for a bill from Oct of 2023. Dollars seem to be the bottom line. I called probably 15 times that I can document and it's the same answer, still waiting on a decision. Shame.
