The place will be good if the wait time wasn’t so long, nurses are nice to me. I went for my physical for work and they talking about they can’t find my paper work the worst. About to look for a new doctor. Good doctors bad administration work.

The front desk staff is terrible !!! Poor customer service and complete disregard for patients. The heavy lady is nasty and completely rude to every person she encounters. I have no Idea how she still has a job! It’s like she comes to work miserable and gives her attitude to everyone. So many people complain about this girl and they do nothing about it. They listen to your complaints and she gets nasty with the next patient that she has check in. She rolls her eyes, sucks her teeth, huffs puffs as is she’s being disturbed. The doctors do their jobs but their support staff has to do better ! They even have older woman who draws blood without wearing gloves or washing her hands ! At this point throw the whole staff away and get new respectful, polite and professional staff !!!!

Jennifer Millado is one of those doctors that treats you as a customer instead of a patient. She’s one of those doctors that when your honest she’s makes it uncomfortable and simply doesn’t want to hear it out. This is a real human being with real health concerns we’re talking about she makes it OBVIOUS she doesn’t care. HOWEVER the rest of the office staff was incredible in fact agreed about her nasty attitude and helped get in touch with her Superiors. Jennifer Millado needs to get out for the sake of the liberty square office.
