Came there and was told to sit and wait a minute for someone else that was coming. Sat 35 minutes then was told the girl coming couldn't do my stitch braids that I wanted. Then was I was asked to come back in an hour and the owners daughter would do it. Hour came and gone no call so I called and was told they would call me one the head she was doing will be done. After all that they never called.

Went in @ 4 for knotless braids and didn't finish until almost 11. The braider would have been finished earlier if not for her, repeatedly, stopping to talk & text on the phone or to the other braiders in the shop. I also found out within less than 24 hours, that the braid hair used was Kanekalon, which a skin irritant. I had an allergic reaction to the fiber. It caused extreme itching and irritation to my scalp, face and neck and chest. I had to dip hair in vinegar and water solution to try to stop hair from itching skin. I also had to buy Sulfur8 braid spray and anti-itch serum to stop scalp itch, as well as, put hair up in a bun because I was not @ to take them out. The braids did come out nice, but if you want someone that's not going to stop and start every 15-20 minutes to talk on the phone, I wouldn't advise patronizing this business. However, if you do, make sure you bring your own braid hair because they ONLY use Kanekalon. They don't disclose this before, during or after.
