I set up an appointment for 12pm she was so adamant asking would i be there on time, I reassured her i would be. I got there at 11:55am there were 2 ppl ahead of me and idk why if I made an appointment. I waited until 3pm and when I left she still wasn’t done the person she had in her chair. Horrible experience my first and last time going there. I came across the street and I got right in the chair no problems at all !!!!! Smh dont ever go there EVER its a waste of time, they are inconsiderate of ur time.

I highly don’t recommend this place. AT ALL. If you have a appointment they do not abide by that appointment. I had a appointment for 3:30 and I got there a hour early just in case and the stylist wasn’t getting finished until 4:30. Before she got done I left and I asked her if I could come in the morning at 10:00 and the young lady said yes. I come in on time and she took 3 people ahead of me. Unprofessional!
