I was debating on if I should write a review or not. But here goes. This was my 1st time at this salon and I should have went with my gut. When I first got the it was around 9:15am. They didn’t seemed to be open so I called to make sure. The manager picked up and said that they didn’t open until 9:30 but she would be there shortly. She didn’t get there until 10am. When I walked it. She told me she had to go back out and go to the store and because she was the only one there she had to lock up. Okay cool. I left out and waited in my car. When she came back. She then said she had to go get a money order. Once again I had to wait in my car. I should have left then right. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I let her know I want my hair cut short so I can start over and have it grow back healthy. I explained to her that I had been to a ton of salons who just don’t do the styles I want. By the time I was done my hair looked NOTHING like the picture I wanted and she knew it cause she kept trying to fix it. I will never go back there.
