        My first cross fit experience - the owner Paul aka "Goose", was very welcoming and helpful with getting set up. He was focused on good form and technique, of which I gave him some challenges! Everyone was warm and welcoming as we busted out the workout together. I would highly recommend visiting Crossfit Fairmount.
