        This place has the worst customer service ever. I purchased 3 Hallmark ornaments only to find they did not work with the Magic Cord I have and when I went to return them I was told they were not returnable. No where in the store is that posted. The only place where it is listed is at the bottom of the receipt after you check out! When I spoke to the manager he told me that there was nothing I could say that would change the situation. I will never go back to this location or any Neil's Hallmark! The cashier didn't even mention it at checkout. This was the worst.
