Turned out not to be licensed for the work he did. Licensed as a general contractor so I assumed he was trained in plumbing, gas lines, electric etc. It turns out that a general contractor license was invalid for. plumbing electric and gas lines. He was unable to pull permits after I paid him. I did not realize he had not gotten permits until he was finished and I had problems with several pieces of the project… Spent a lot of money and really, he should’ve brought in professionals and not try to do everything himself. Had to spend more money fixing the mess he created. One good thing was that The plumber I brought in found damage to a newly ran yellow gas hose which he installed… Thank God we found this before something terrible happened to us.
