They arrived late to pick my family up for the funeral which they never came. Then arrived late to the church with my grandfather's ashes. Limo never even made it to the church to take my family to the repast. A funeral is supposed to b perfect cause that is the last time u get to c that family member. In all they we the worse not even an apology for being late or for the limo not showing up. Will never use them again in the future ever.

They are horrible, they arrived to the funeral over an hour late. They did not pick the family up from the house and they did not bring the limo. All of the family had to drive in separate cars. Once they arrived they basically acted like they did nothing wrong. The whole time we waited they kept lying about their location, at 9:30 they told us they would be there in a few minutes and they did not arrive until 11:30.
