Essentially, these people are Bottom Feeders who relentlessly call small businesses NON STOP, to offer short term funding at EXHORBINANT interest rates. What makes it worse, is that these solicitors/agents immediately remind you of some type of Shady “ Used Car salesman” who COULDN’T sell cars. And remember, if they get even the tiniest bit of information from you, they will SELL your Information to EVERY SINGLE other scumbag Finance company to call you as well . 2 Words: Caveat Emptor.

This job ranks up there as one of my more favorite jobs. The atmosphere is professional, relaxed and welcoming. The owners are likable. They provide a clean, healthy working environment. They don't expect unreasonable work loads from their employees. Of course, they DO expect you to do the job they pay you for... most business owners do! They are good at recognizing the employees that are productive and positive people. Naturally, just like ANY place of employment, there will be occassional new hires, that are malcontents (or not cut out for this) and don't know a good job when they find it... and in the end, don't last. Personally, I enjoy going to work. I can't say that about every job I have held.

No stars if that was an option. One of the worst experiences of my life. The owner is super-paranoid because of the skeletons in his closet, and everybody else seems to be in some type of rehab or 'Anonymous' (GA, NA, AA, etc.) program. It is more like a home for wayward boys. Don't expect to get paid much, expect to be overworked with somebody looking over your shoulder monitoring you so they can either squash your deal or steal it. Also, expect to be on camera the entire time at work so Len can creepily watch you all day. You will most likely be fired for no reason as the turnover rate is ridiculously high. These firings usually come with some type of rant from Len. With me, he actually tried to get physical because I had a little dirt on him...just take my advice and stay away. Also, if you are considering borrowing from this place, please reconsider. After seeing what goes on there, it is dirty, dirty business. They make you jump through hoops and never deliver on what they promise. Unfortunately, I wasn't even able to retrieve my belongings from the place because Len escorted me out with excessive force; then trashed all my things. Is that even legal?
