I am giving them a five-star for their visa credit card company. Their Visa credit card company has done an outstanding job to protect the security of my Visa card. My first experience was in July of 2019. Someone hacked my card when I was looking for health coverage under.gov and I notified.gov that there was a fraudulent.gov on the web and they laughed at me and three months later they made an announcement on KYW that there is a problem. Recently at the end of the summer I needed to use my credit card for a Lyft ride which I never ever use. The credit card company denied the charge and called me I said it was a good charge and then I'd be using it one more time the following day and shouldn't exceed this said amount. I had a wonderful conversation with a gentleman on the phone who explained a lot to me which I cannot disclose at this time. Now last week I received a phone call from them and someone hacked my card somehow and tried to attempt to make large purchases through Amazon and something called Amos I'm not sure what that is either. Anyway I am thankful they've monitored my card they're on the lookout for Wawa Uber and Lyft. It sucks that I have to replace yet another card but I am thankful for their security department for monitoring the scammers and hackers. I don't get one phone call from a Union Bank I've been with for 55 years and I've only been with these guys for 10. I don't like extra banking fees for my bank account and when are in the wrong they never refunded the monies, and when their mac machines where hacked they didn't even notified me but I do say that the Visa card is outstanding for their monitoring
