Rite Aid

The Rite Aid at Redlion and Bustleton intersection has one of worst managers I have ever met. Michael displays very little courtesy or good manners. When my son was younger, he would hover around him as my son looked at or touched the toys and would rudely talk to him which made my son very uncomfortable. Michael rarely smiles and is very hesitant in being helpful. I can't believe this man was allowed to work for this long. I am sure other customers have complained about him in the past. Once this store closes down, I hope they transfer Michael far away from this neighborhood.

The pharmacy is kind of weird there. The store itself is ok. I had surgery and they gave me a big ordeal about filling a prescription. Even though everything was legit they wouldn't fill it and advised me to get something not as strong. But most pharmacies have their own way of doing things. To me this one seemed like they kind of overstepped their boundaries a little. They started asking me a lot of weird questions such as "Why do you need the medicine?". Or something like why I needed something that strong. That's the prescription the doctor gave me because I just had major surgery. I'll never go there for a prescription again and I advise no one else to go unless they feel like being interrogated. The store itself is probably one of the better stores in the area though.

ABSOLUTELY THEEEEE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE RUDE. THEY NEVVVVER HAVE ANY MEDICATIONS THERE WHEN NEEDED. DO YOURSELVES A FAVORmAND NEVERRRR USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!!!

If I could give no stars I would... This place is horrible has the worst customer service. Manager Michael is rude and impolite to customers with small children. He yelled and berated me while I was waiting for a flu shot that if they would have attended me in a timely manner I would have been gone but instead they decided to take care of customers that came in after I did I was the only customer there at the time and for about 10 minutes of waiting before another customer came in it took them 45 min to have me seen. And they get mad because I have my child believe me my child or myself did not want to be in that building for that long and to be harrased the way we were was just ridiculous. They speak no English meds are barely ever avail when needed pharmacy staff is also rude. I will be taking this matter to the rite aid corporate offices. I'm going to Walgreens from now on.
