        His receptionist told me to call back at the beginning of the month to provide my insurance number. When I did, a temp answered and asked me to call back later because she had no idea how to access my patient record. After that, I called back daily for over a week. Nobody ever answered! It doesn't matter how competent a dentist might be if he can't ensure quality administrative support.

        Dr. Williams is an excellent dentist, he's very passionate about his work, professional, and personable, and TOP NOTCH at making you feel comfortable and welcomed. His staff is amazing as well, always pleasant and very accommodating. The office and exam rooms are very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Williams for your dental needs/concerns.

        I keep going because I dont know who I enjoy more, the friendliness of the staff, of the exceptional competence of Dr. Williams!!!!! Until I figure this out, I will keep going to Dr. Williams, and the fine establishment of the Mt.Airy Dental Pavilion.
