        Directed to go here by insurance. Called to make an appointment and was immediately told to go to their other location. If my insurance says that I can go to VIP Dental Care, why are you sending me elsewhere? The person over the phone claims that everything is the same, why not take me at this location? If all is the same (same doctor, same equipment etc) both locations will have same reviews? I asked him if you're not taking my insurance why are you recommended? Then he hung up 🤷🏾‍♀️. If you are immediately defensive as soon as you pick up the phone, thats a red flag. If you can't answer a simple question, thats another red flag?
