Dr. Solange is a very sweet Dentist with great bedside manners. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my cleaning by Dr. Solange which was very rushed and lack luster. All the did was floss my teeth and rub some fluoride on my teeth. Then gave me a payment chart "estimated treatment plan" for a deep cleaning. The same deep cleaning My previous dentist gave as a general l thorough cleanings and scraping that left my mouth feeling new. Very disappointing, I really wanted to like this practice.

I'm just flabbergasted by the incompetence and lack of professionalism at this place. I went in for an orthodontic evaluation and they said I would be texted the results within a day. Since then I have called numerous times every week to remind them to send me the results. Each time they confirm my email address yet again and tell me they'll definitely send it that same day, and each time I get absolutely nothing back. So sick of calling and at this point I don't expect I'll ever get the results that were paid for. How hard is it to send an email with a link? Never going back to this place and would not recommend anyone give them any business.

1 is too high of a score. I had such high expectations going in and should have left the minute I walked into the building. I know I could have just walked out at any point but I gave the office the benefit of the doubt. Their website doesnt have any pictures (for good reason) and felt like I was catfished The office building is desperately in need of renovations to begin with. From the minute I walked into the office, all I saw were red flags that got significantly worse throughout my visit. On their paperwork, they ask on a scale of 0-10 how anxious are you about going to the dentist and if above 3, please explain why. I wrote down 0 but the environment had me second guessing. After completing the check in process, I was able to watch the 4 people in front of me get their teeth cleaned. If you look on google, anyone in the waiting room can watch people get their teeth cleaned, since theres no privacy divider or curtain. The hygienist(? Not even sure if she worked there or not) who was cleaning people in the first room was in a hoodie, jeans, and crocs (which should have been another red flag) I waited 36 minutes after arrival time, and I got there 15 minutes early. When I finally was able to go back for my cleaning, I walked through 3 other rooms before getting to mine. Everything looked like it was just thrown in the room and wasnt organized well. There were noticeable water damage spots on the ceiling tiles in the rooms. I had to shimmy my way into the chair to sit down because it was a tight squeeze to get in. The hygienist started my cleaning and I thought I could have done a better job. She took the electric brush, dabbed on some polish, and cleaned my entire mouth (top and bottom) for about 1 minute and then handed me a cup of water. She then told me to swoosh the rinse around and that she would be sucking it out with the suction straw. I did so about 4 times and kept rinsing as best as I could, but still had the paste remains in my mouth which was unpleasant. She then proceeded to go to get the doctor. I was confused why she would because she didnt do anything. The doctor ( who was different than the doctor I was supposed to have an appointment with) then comes in and took a look at my teeth and asked if I had any concerns. At that point, I knew I wouldnt be coming back so I didnt mention any of the concerns I wrote down on the new patient check in form. She was interrupted by a couple times by the girl with the hoodie and jeans about texting something to another patient. They proceeded to start talking in another language. Once the other girl left the room, the doctor then proceeded to take the scraper and scrape up my gums. Didnt even floss. The doctor then asked another hygienist about the status of a patients denture installation and was told that it wasnt going well, which was followed up by her having me rinse into a sink and her walking out and said she would see me back for a follow up in the summer. The whole cleaning process took about 10 minutes once I got back in the room. Needless to say, will not be coming back due to the unprofessional staff and atmosphere of this office.

Ive been coming to this office for years and Ive never had any problems. The office has been undergoing maintenance and new renovations. At the same time they still have time to care for their patients and our needs. Ive seen so many rude patients come in and because they dont get things done their way they would be extremely rude to the employees and go out their way to make the office look bad.The staff is very friendly and professional. Treat you with care and attends to all your needs. The front desk is always attentive and very helpful. From Dr Rosenfeld to Dr Solange the exchange has been amazing and all my needs have been met . In my opinion don't knock it until you try it for yourself. Everyones experience is different and being polite to others go a very long way especially if you need the services. I highly recommend this place!!! We must keep in mind its a small office with three chairs. So yes there would be some waiting time. Ive never been to any practice without waiting. Even fast food restaurants have you wait!!! Its common knowledge Hello !!!
