I was quoted one price and charged for another. I asked the very unpleasant receptionist why the extra charge and she said it was for the exam. I specifically asked what the price would be for a cleaning when I made the appointment. Well I hope the extra $45.00 charge was worth losing a patient. Another thing I was very unhappy about was that the doctor wanted to take x-rays AFTER my cleaning...just as I was about to get up to leave he said...he wanted to take x-rays. I said no way!! That doesn't make much sense to me. Anything to pad the bill I guess. I WILL NOT BE BACK! If you go to this guy...be prepared to pay more than you asked for!!

I am new to the community and am very glad that I found Dr Samuels. I am one of those dental procrastinators, so when I had an emergency ( and after being put off by two other dental offices) I am feeling blessed that the Doctor took my call. Saw me in a timely period, explained all my options both dental and financial. Worked with my schedule and performed a surgical procedure that was painless. I followed all of the Drs suggestions for post surgery care and had a good nights sleep. Thank you again Dr!
