The few times that I have managed to get an appointment, my experience was great. My issue is that even pre pandemic its as if the office is never open. It would be great if they had regular business hours.

If I could put less than one star, I would have!! This is the worst clinic ever and the worst services! I went for a dental cleaning appointment and they did not clean my teeth properly at all!! I called to complain and their answer was "She cleaned your teeth as much as she could", I mean, seriously! Don't waste your time and money there!!

I had wait over an hour to see the dentist and get my XRays then I was asked to wait an unknown amount of time to have a cleaning done. I was told the person that came in after me was having their cleaning done and I would have to wait. The staff was rude. The music was nice but it was still my worst dental experience.

Extremely unprofessional staff by name Nicole. After a few calls trying to make my first appointment, I realized this person simply doesn’t like where she works. Despite trying to reflect some courtesy and patience, this lady treated me each time I called with upmost rudeness and attitude. Perhaps her behavior is not a reflection of the overall quality of the office- but in any case is unnecessary to deal with such bad approach to customers when there are options. No one needs the negativity even once every six months. No, thank you. Nicole you should consider a new job if you are so unhappy there, don’t take it out on the patient.
