Absolutely horrible, they put me a tooth crown and the next day it fell off, came to get a new one and there where screaming at me asking about the old one as if the money is coming out of there pocket. I dont not recommend they are extremely rude!

Dr. Zaliya Akbasheva is one of the, if not THE best dentists In the Philadelphia area! She and her staff are very professional, friendly and caring! You will be treated here like you are a family member of theirs. Her office is always clean and she has most updated dental equipment. They accepts most health insurances and very decent prices if you paying out-of-pocket. Unlike most dentist offices, A-Z Dental Center cares for your health and not the potential business you may bring them. I highly recommend!

Not a huge fan of this dentist and when i think about it now, I know why I haven't gone back here in a while although I was due for a check up and cleaning. Evey time I call to make an appointment, they are rude as hell and put you on hold forever. I had a few times where they put me on hold where they actually hung up on me and the receptionist had a major attitude. I don't know what made me come in yesterday, but I needed to go in since I have been having some tooth sensitivity and pain and I wonder why I haven't switched dentists yet,,, but maybe I like to be tortured... I don't know. When it comes to the experience yesterday, it was a nightmare. Well for one, all the staff speaks another language and instead of talking to you to let you know whats going on they just mumble and nod. I literally was getting the films done so I can have them done to see if I have cavities and the woman just made little mumbling sounds and mmmhmm sounds and no actual words. Maybe she didn't speak much English or something I don't know, but it was just awkward and I felt uncomfortable. Then it came to the cleaning...... Oh dear god... what F@#@#ng agony I endured. I thought cleanings were something quick and painless but I was literally sinking into my chair as the woman poked and prodded me for what seemed like the longest time of my life. She really was getting into every possible root in my mouth and I felt every bit of it. I seriously think the arm rests had my claw marks in them when I left. I can understand you want to do a thorough cleaning but damn.... and then I was complaining about pain in certain areas and instead of avoiding those sensitive areas, she went right to them, which literally had me jumping out of my seat and had my eyes fill with tears. After being tortured and spitting out nothing but clumps of blood, some other employee came in and decided to have a conversation in I think Russian, not sure honestly what the language was but they were talking then looking at me and then laughing..... so I know they were talking crap for sure. I was told by the dentist that I need an extraction of my wisdom tooth and was told to get it done elsewhere by an oral surgeon, so I'm glad I don't need to go back there and hopefully this next place would be more gentle. After this experience, I am switching dentists for sure.
