After 2 1/2 years, and 2 dentist fails in Philadelphia, I've finally found a new dentist! The dentists and staff are all very nice & professional. The office is very pleasant, modern & clean. Also, the music they play is good too!

Preet is an exceptional hygienist! I have awful dentist anxiety & she really put me at ease during my cleaning. She walked me through every step of the appointment and gave me lots of helpful tips (and not in a condescending or judgmental way either.) The front desk ladies were super friendly as well! Super happy with my experience overall.

I went to visit Dr. Backiel's office for my routine check up and cleaning and it was a positive experience from start to finish. Although I was running late I was still able to be seen. The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. My hygienist Eric was gentle, thorough and informative. Stephanie helped to check me out and clearly explained any copays for my follow up visits. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a great visit at this office. Steph at the front desk was able to fit me in for a short notice appointment and work with my schedule. She was also very helpful in finding and explaining my dental benefits to me! I had a cleaning with Shannon who was very thorough and Dr. Jenna was able to see me for additional work that same day! Everyone was very friendly and professional, I will definitely be coming back.
