Absolutely horrible phone service to get an emergency appointment is impossible they say call by 8am they start answering phones at 8:03 by 8:05 they claim all appointments are booked been doing this for over a week now there is never a office manager available when you ask they leave you on hold there after hours call service is absolutely horrible as well there is no help at all just a game of back and forth till you hv no choice but to wait till your original appointment no matter how much pain or stress one is under then people wonder why the suicide rate is so high people are sick and in pain the added stress of trying to get help that all systems use Covid as an escape goat to not doctor or attend to the public in a better manner is ridiculous how is this okay it’s NOT AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT it BECAUSE THE LAW IS BACKING THIS BEHAVIOR WHICH WILL ONLY GET WORST

There is no system for online scheduling, trying to reach by phone is an hour long ordeal, when you actually do reach them the only available appointments for a simple cleaning need to be booked months in advance, and when the time for the appointment finally comes they can change it without a single phone call
