Both my husband and I have had positive experiences with this practice. Dr. Schaeffler has been one of the most engaged dentists I've had, offering thorough explanations related to my dental care and taking the time to interact with you (as opposed to just looking at your teeth quickly after a cleaning and leaving). I developed TMJ during pregnancy and he took great care to help manage the pain and also offer a thorough explanation of options (from conservative to intensive) to address the root issues. I felt well informed to make decisions about my care. I especially appreciate that their staff checks ahead for insurance coverage and alerts me if something might not be covered so I don't get stuck with unexpected charges.

I have been a patient of Dr. Serangs for years. I currently had a change of insurance. The place doesnt accept Keystone First. No idea what I am going to do. I have about 8K worth of veneers and major gingivitis. Very upset because I have always have my teeth cleaned every 3 months.

I've visited twice, and have been very happy with the customer service and quality of service overall. Everybody is friendly and the facilities are very nice

Nice guy, clean work place I had a lot of work done there including several implants Dr Serang is not experienced enough to do implants mine were put in wrong because they broke dr said they were out of warranty and charged me to do them again, had a cavity filled the tooth broke the next day eating soft pizza, dr said you must be pulling trains with your teeth didn't offer refund or apologize Had several other cavities the doctor never told me about I stopped going there because he didn't want to see me again he said oh no it's you again when he entered the room and saw me in the chair.
