Employees are so rude I only like a few but they are barely here in the day.

The WORST CENTER EVER!! The teachers always out of ratio... ALL AGE groups are together, unorganized, nothing educational except when appointments come thru for enrollment the OWNER slaps something together... My son came home with a BLACK EYE, NO EXPLANATION besides he was just being a boy. I asked for the OWNER to run that particular DAY back to investigate, and her response 4days later was in the 15 mins she watched my son was jumping around and fighting, so the eye injury could have came from him being rough.... I WOULD RECOMMEND THE STATE CLOSE THIS CENTER!!!

I would never want to work at this daycare again . I got let go through text message and the owner was so unprofessional I honestly didn’t care if she was around or not but her supervisor needs to be supervised. She made me a FAKE , Fake Health assessment! She told me she did that to everyone’s file including her own. She always talk about her buisness to the staff . It’s so unprofessional in their . The staff was pretty ok when it comes to the kids but when it’s time for me to leave they always go out back to smoke. Why are your employees smoking on the clock in the first place . When I wanted to leave because a family I lost you didn’t allow me to go home . Check your daycare it needs some discipline or I’m taking this to the next level to whoever is above you

The owner sold the daycare when we were shut down for Covid-19. Ive asked both the old and new owner to come get my kids belongings as they will not be returning to that daycare but I have yet to get a response from either. I’ve had a lot of patience with this daycare. The supervisor asked if she I knew anyone who had a cat so I gave her my daughter’s cat when she moved out. My daughter unfortunately could not take her with. We agreed that if she no longer wanted the cat, we would work on getting a new home for the cat. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a call from the shelter,. Since he was microchip we got a call. Still nobody has said anything to me about it. The workers not the director decidedly when they were gonna open and close. I would get told at the last minute that they were closing. I talked with the owner and was told that it was because they didn’t want to deal with certain kids that had behavioral issues but said my kids were fine. Still the countless times they decided to close at the last minute, I had to put out money for a sitter and travel expenses. I stayed because there is not too many daycares close by that have my hours. I think this time around, I’d rather have them walk home. They are too much!
