Customer service is horrible. To the door and I was told to get my mask., so, I did as she asked. And then walk back over from my car to the front door, by then she had walk to the back. So I knocked on the door, before ringing the bell. She then look up at me for putting her head back down. Minutes later, an older guy walked over to the door and said, how may I help you? I then pointed to my face mask before he open the door. When I entered, I then ask would they like to render services. The older guy standing in front of me, then reflected by saying do you want services. I responded by saying you guys are the ones that walked away from the door. He then said and is that a big deal. Before asking me do I have any vehicle information? I responded by asking him what he would, he then stated my vin number will be fine. Him that and my license plate he then said it was suspended. I made it very clear to him that it was not suspended that they send me a farm saying it wasnt suspend. Before he made a couple statements, ignorant statement and dad saying that jersey Macgomery county in Philadelphia or 2 to 3 different places, and they would not know. Because I made it very clear to him that I just came from Montgomery county.

I needed to transfer my out of state registration. There was no waiting at all and the employees were efficient and communicative throughout the whole process. Having only been to other states' RMVs to register cars before, this was a breath of fresh air. From walking in to when I left I'd estimate it was about 30 minutes, which is much better than I'd been anticipating. I highly recommend Nickens.
