Poor attitude, poor customer service, and a lack of disregard for the fact the ppl are paying customers. They have no way of knowing that a business is closed that you are ordering from them. With that being said your money will be taken and if the business is closed you have to wait 24 hours to talk to someone and get your money back. Absolutely, not. Uber eats doesn't do all of this, which is why I hate supporting small businesses like this, unorganized. The boy at the counter had a nasty attitude and felt as though I was putting on a show for him and the customers at the store because I had been waiting for two hours for an order, yes I was angry. The audacity of him to speak to a paying customer with such a nonchalant attitude when it comes to people's money and time. Never again, never again. I drive for Uber eats and have wasted hours at this place waiting for pickups. Never had a pickup ready quicker than 20 minutes after getting there. Pathetic
