The staff is nice but THESE PEOPLE ARE FAILING MY DAUGHTER!!! She has a great relationship with her therapist but it's more like a friendship than help. When a child physically harms themselves there is no additional help or outreach to help them. If my child is at risk of committing SUICIDE I feel it is the company's responsibility to contact the parents or to step in and have the child committed or help by an actual professional who knows how to handle serious situations instead of trying to figure it out with the child... The parent cannot be involved once the kids a teenager but this company doesn't feel the need to let the parents know to watch out for SUICIDAL BEHAVIOR because they don't want to lose the client... TAKE YOUR CHILD ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT HEM TO GET REAL HELP!!! Now I'm going to be the bad guy for trying to transfer my daughter elsewhere when her therapist watched her piercing herself during a session and found it funny and she knows my daughter has gigantic cuts ups and down her arm and I was never notified but I happened to see her without long sleeves on... If you love your child Get them real help

My experience with this place was actually nice. U got to mind ur own and u will not have any worries ..
