American Home Guard Home Warranty

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They didnt pay even the minimal when the A/C went out and a pregnant lady with 2 kids were left to deal with the summer heat of Arizona. Today I call for service and the number is no longer in service. American Home Guard Inc. is out of business. I'm not surprised!

Terrible company. They auto-renew my insurance 2.5 months before the expiration without asking me. When I requested the refund their customer service rep was rude. I called and emailed numerous times, nobody responded. They will happily take your money, but will never answer. Stay away from this scam company!

I sent invoices for refund of appliance repairs in July. In August I called to sew here the refund was and they said thy needed some additional paperwork. I sent that on Sept 10. I called last Friday Sept 28 to see if they had received and was told a supervisor would call me. I called again on Tuesday and Wednesday and today I had to leave a message. They are quick to take your money and slow to refund repairs. I would not purchase their Home Warranty. Look for some other company that doesn't have as many complaints on line.
