I keep calling and they never answer the phone. So finally I come to the store no one opens the door. What a joke.

Called them to see if they can see what's wrong with my nephew ps4. He gave me two things that can be wrong and both prices for both. Ask if I can come in he said yes. Was done in less then 15min. Probably fixed!! Thank you for your help!

Got my laptop my internet's not working and something wrong with it got to take it back tomorrow

Very very VERY unreliable. Strangely and confusingly unreliable and unresponsive... and Ive noticed in the other reviews others have experienced the same thing.. So I called them to see if i could bring in my Macbook pro for a battery replacement. In very clear wording I was told to bring in my laptop the following Monday. I called before hand to let them know i would bring it in, rang about 8 times but no pick up. I call a few more times, still no one answers. I figure they're busy so I just come since I was told before over the phone to come on Monday. I get there no one opens the door. I call them again... this time after every call i get hung up on after 2-3 rings. Seems like they're there but just dont want to open the door or answer my calls. I even call the next day, and still no response.Why are you running a business like this? Do you not want my money? Either way im gladly spending my money elsewhere. SERIOUSLY do not waste you time coming here. If a business can't even professionally handle a simple phone call, or call you back, the last thing I would want is to let them service my electronics. There are many better repair places in the city- and ones who actually value their customers at that.
