I was scheduled for a move-in cleaning today. They texted me a reminder this morning. When no one arrived at 10am between their 1 hour arrival window, I called. The representative assured me that their team is always on time. The team ended up being 2 hours late. Extremely unprofessional and not dependable. I will never use this business and do not recommend it to anyone.

The maids worked very hard on our apartment. They did a splendid job cleaning and were able to organize our cabinets, children's toys, books, and other items left around. I signed up for them to come every month.
