Quite disappointed. The laundry was fine, if often wrinkled, but at least clean. I’m disappointed in their customer service.
You’re asked for laundry preferences, so I said ‘Unscented detergent’ as scents often irritate my eczema. We did four rounds of laundry with them, always scented.
My biggest complaint was their lack of responsiveness. A driver came to pick up laundry. I work from home and my husband works nights, so we were both home. They called my phone while I was on a work call, but no one ever rang the bell. I reached out to customer service - no response. I was then charged for a missed pickup. I reached out to customer service two more times, no response still. I am, however, getting plenty of marketing emails, so I know they have my information. For a company that keeps emailing me about how personable they are, I’ve yet to have any contact from a real person.

Was excited to use this service since I'm in busy season working 70+ hrs a week and I got a piece back that was damaged. I was told it wouldn't be replaced since it didn't have a tag and they can't check the fabric of each piece being washed. Ok so I canceled account and now im finding stains on my white throw and another damaged dress that had a tag. This is a good idea in theory but the results were disappointing. I shouldn't have to worry about this stuff from a professional launderer. So unfortunate.

They went out of their way to help me when my washer broke and I had tons of laundry. Then they came quickly to pick it up 5 hours later! Done & delivered back the next day. Affordable, easy, professional! Wow, with so many laundry choices online it can be hard to decide, so I am thankful I found these guys!! I'm most impressed with their personalized attention to a clients individual needs. Thank you Fitted!!
