I once was impressed and loved the care and compassion that CTCA offered my mother. She was diagnosed with stage 3b triple negative breast cancer. Now that they are shut down, my mother is without care!! She wanted to go to the Chicago location but due to insurance they refused. I would have paid to get my mother the care she needs...And to get records sent is a joke!!! Week 5 of asking and begging you guys to please do something to help me save my mothers life. I am sickened by the lack of compassion and the way everything was handled. I rated you a 2 star due to great care while it was operating, but you guys have failed her now that her cance4r is back and no where to get treatment

Dr kazmi shyma she has and is keeping my husband alive miss seeing her can,t wait until she is back in business,thank God for her and ctca,of Philadelphia ,love dr kazmi shyma ,she puts her heart and soul and love in her care, Edward and Karen Knox

I visited in February of 2021 and paid $30 while I was at the facility. I did not chose CTCA for my treatment and I am so glad! I have been harassed by bill's from them for $30! I spoke with two different representatives who told me the would "try" but may not be able to correct THEIR MISTAKE. Now am I going to have to give them $30 MORE dollars to fix their mistake? Good thing I didn't trust them with my life, they can't put my $30 in the right place!

I am so angry, disappointed, hurt, scared on & on since announcing Philly closing! I trusted & bonded with many wonderful medical professionals & maintenance people. Given a little over a month to find new team! Saw & spoke with pain mgmt replacement doctors. Insulting, rude, no compassion...license should be revoked. It's corporate America GREED & this board of directors should be ASHAMED.
