Chesterbrook Academy Preschool

My then 3 year old daughter started at this school back in September of last year. She loved going to this school ever since and would tell me so. She would even ask to go on the weekends. That says a lot right there! If my family had not moved out of state last month, we would still have been happily with Chesterbrook Academy in Centre Square. The teachers were also really nice and the principal, Ms Lauren was very efficient and accommodating. My daughter was still potty training when she first started and her teacher, Ms. Brittni and floating teachers (Ms. Jessica, Ms. Maria, Ms. Marissa, Ms. Julia & others) were very understanding and patient with her. They were also quick to update me thru the app on what what supplies she was running low on so her cubby can be well stocked with extra clothes & etc. This school provides well balanced meals and fun activities for the children such as pajama day, crazy hat day and will even take out the class on a trip to the nearby park when weather permits. As far as curriculum goes, it is followed to a tee. Learning and having fun at the same time! My daughter has learned counting 1-10 in Spanish within the month of starting there. She has also learned good social skills being it her first time ever in a daycare/school setting. I love the fact that the app updates me with my daughter's current activities, complete with pictures & notes. This gave me assurance and cheer throughout the day while at work. It also helped that it is very accessible by public transportation but still convenient when I did decide to take the car since they validate parking also when dropping off or picking up. Also they take CCIS! This is a best kept secret daycare/school and I'm glad we got to be part of it. If you are in search of a daycare in center city, make sure to check this place out. I am still in search of a similar daycare for my now 4 year old in our new home and it has been hard to beat!
