Martin's Meat & Sausage

They have instructions to take a number but they take orders who walk up before the people waiting with numbers. I asked the employee if they were going by the numbers at all. He said I dont know and resumed taking the ladys order who walked up about 3 minutes AFTER me. That makes me not want to support this business. And it makes me want to tell my family and friends not to support as well. But hey, screw me, right? Im only one customer. Do better.

Stopped by on Sunday and picked up turkey sausage, ground turkey and customer service was good and my turkey products fresh.

I bought 127 dollars worth of meat. When I got home in Delaware County, my 2lbs of bacon was missing. My husband picked up day later. When I decided to cook on the grill the Sunday before Labor Day. I discovered my lamb burgers werent here. I called explained what happened. Someone from Martins called me back. I appreciated that he called and apologized. He asked when can I come back. I went back today and was told by Joshua that they are not responsible for items that were not placed in bag. I have been a loyal customer for years. Not anymore. Things are changing for the worst
