HoB (CLOSED)

This company has stolen my money! I placed an order on February 19th, it was sent but there was a leak or something (I'm not sure, UPS was dealing with House of Beauty World to decide what to do, not me) and UPS did not deliver the order. The House of Beauty World asked for the package to be sent back to them, today is March 10th, almost a month later and I have no package and no money. I asked them to refund me, they said they wouldn't until the package was returned to them - but that has nothing to do with me, I never received it, so why am I being punished. What if it doesn't ever get back to them, is that my fault, will I not get my money back? The manager I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me a reimbursement. Now they are countering with I am stealing from them... give me a break, I have paid this company $500 and they have requested that UPS send the package back to them, how is it that I am stealing? This company is crooked! Here is the UPS, notice that the sender has requested the package back... I have no package and no money.

Received my purchase in a speedy time! Love the style - not the color but that’s my fault! Never ordered a wig online & I was skeptical-but I will definitely be ordering another one NOW! Thanks HOBW!

Paid for priority shipping and the package arrived 3 days late. I was traveling for a trip abroad so I didn’t even get to travel with my stuff. So upon returning from my trip I needed to return the items because I didn’t need them any more and it’s proven to be impossible. This store is a terrible. I have emailed them twice on two different emails and not gotten a reply. Tried calling them too and the line is either busy or there’s nobody to answer the phone and the voicemailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Never ordering from them again and I advise anyone to NOT spend their money on this pathetic store. Wasted my money. Please don’t waste yours.

Where is my item, tracking and at this point my refund . Do not do business with this company they are severely unresponsive. They do not answer emails, phone calls or anything from their "contact us" . Their cx service is unprofessional.
