Okaywas super excited after shopping at Walmart to see a hair store so I dont have to go out my way and back track.. found the wig I liked and wanted and was happy I didnt have to order from Amazon or party city for 44 dollar plus some change Im like this gonna be super cutethe wig felt dry brittle and was shedding bad not only that..Im pulling strands of hair thats ofer processed..hard ripples like you would pull out a cheap back of hair..like ??? I should of saved my money and got the same wig for 25 at the hairtown on 28th Ill have to go to the bathroom so yall can see it better..

I went today to look for a specific shampoo and witnessed an employee, i assume the owner or boss or whatever, get sooo nasty with a customer over a return of some hair. The poor customer was calmly trying to explain that they previously made an agreement that she can return the hair if it doesnt suit her but the woman dismissed everything she was saying and basically yelled at the poor girl that was then brought to tears because she was embarrassed. The customer practically begged to return the hair because she suffers from ALOPECIA and has been through so much already. Having no remorse, the employee continued to yell and tell the customer to shut up and threaten to call police. The customer was so quiet and crying, which drove her to then leave the store. That being said i put my products down and left, refusing to give my money to a business that clearly shows they dont care about their customers. Cold and heartless. I know it wont make a difference but its something i think needed to be addressed. After walking to my car i then saw the same customer uncontrollably balling her eyes out in her car and i couldnt help but approach to ask if she was ok and turned out she was having a full blown panic attack. My heart was in pieces. This is NOT the kind of business id recommend to anyone!!!
