      image I absolutely adore their hand lotions and specifically only purchase it from this location. The sales agent are helpful, but arent pushy and doesnt try to overwhelm you by pushing products on you which I prefer.
      The shop is tidy and organized.

      image I am very disappointed in L'Occitane. I went to L'Occitane in person and asked specifically which product is best when I am pregnant. The sales associate told me to purchase the fabulous oil. I just now read on the website that the oil is NOT SAFE while pregnant. I cannot believe I was told to buy it!! I called to get my money back and they told me to go in person. Terrible customer service. I will never trust L'Occitane again.
