Unprofessional bad customer service and all they wigs are trash shop here at your own risk they will treat you anyway see fit no matter what you tell them or how you act worse hair store I've been too your better off going to hair Town this place makes black owned business look bad

The customer service is terrible. I had tried to place a order for delivery (drop off) today 5/13/20. I was in Constant communication with the female doing the drop offs via through the phone number they tell you to text in the bio. I had changed the drop off address , they confirmed the changed through text messages. So I’m thinking we on the same page as far as the changed address, a hour later they called me and said they were outside of the old address. I then told her that wasn’t the right address -the second address was the right one and based on the text messages I thought that was already clear because they texted back and confirmed the changed. The girl was extremely ignorant, ghetto and rude, she hung the phone up after I calmly tried to explain it was a just miss communication . I now see why a lot of people don’t shop with them
