Found this place online in a hurry since another salon canceled on me. Thought it looked decent, just wanted a wanted a wash, blow dry and trim. I was a walk in so I understand people who had appointments have priority, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. First, they kinda rushed the washing and conditioning process and did not detangle my hair. Just washed the conditioner and sent me to a stylist. This caused my hair to be matted. Realizing their mistake, they had to recondition and detangle my very matted hair, which I have NEVER experienced before. That process took forever. Finally a stylist I assume took pity as I waited for a long while washed the detangler and conditioner out my hair. Then said stylist started to blow dry my hair. A woman I assume who is the owner told her mid blow dry to stop working on me and finish her other client. At this point I was extremely upset, sitting there with half my hair dry. I literally wanted to walk out. At this point I didn't want a trim I just wanted to leave. Finally told them I just want my hair dried, and someone finished drying my hair, I paid and left. Never coming back

The owner of this salon lacks integrity and class. She belittles clients and employees and will try to rob you of your money! WOW!! The hairstyles are Mediocre. And I wouldn’t get my hair done there again if it was for Free!!

Don’t waste your time. They over charge for very poor quality work. Also, staff are very rude and unprofessional.
