Dirty and unprofessional. Flys everywhere and they keep all their equipment on the floor. I asked for large stich feed in braids but they don't do those even though it's what I ask for over the phone. I paid 80$ straightbacks that are smaller than I wanted and when I asked her to make them bigger she got an attitude. Never again!

I made an appointment last week to this place (since they are appointment only now). I confirmed the appointment the evening before and the morning of. I showed up 5 to 10 minutes before my appointment and noticed that she was just finishing up a client so I thought oh perfect I'm right on time! After she finished that person she started on someone else and said that she would take long. Then started on another person and by this point it was after 1:30. So I asked her why did she ask me to come at 1: 00p? All she could say was she forgot... You forgot but you scheduled two other people the same time you scheduled me for!!? Then she starts telling me something about her 8:30 appointment didn't show up. First of all that had absolutely nothing to do with me, and if she was thorough she would have called me THEN and asked me to come sooner and I would have gladly would have done so. Then she had the nerve to be indignant about it. But they call us the "Akatas" though... So unprofessional! I am a better businesswoman than that and with that in mind I don't have time to waste. And she's not all that clean either.
