Marva did a great job on my long, thin hair; felt SO soft and light afterwards, much more manageable! AND I was was able to purchase the FANTASTIC smelling shine spray they used! Highly recommended!! So the first things I noticed as I walked in was the beautiful atmosphere and the alluring aroma. I met with Dominique & she was relaxed, professional & gentle. I got lash extensions for the first time and Absolutely Love the work she did! They looks so real & natural with a light boost of volume. I will definitely be going back for a touch up. Booked an appointment for 5 pm . They called at 4 and said stylist is not available. Asked me if I can reschedule. Rescheduled for next day morning. Store was not open on time, and neither did they call . Again no one was available.

Weeks in advance, I scheduled a 7am blow out appointment here for professional photographs I was having done at 8:30am. The day of my appointment I received a text message at 6:19am stating they did not have an appointment available. They offered no apology. Fortunately I was able to find an appointment elsewhere, but I can promise you after the pickle they put me in here, I won't ever be coming back.

I recommend you select a stylist other than Joel. Seems inexperienced and has an attitude.
