Things started out well with Chris. He was accommodating when some first initial repairs came up. Long story short we hired them to change out the water pump in a 08 Edge. This is a big job and requires detailed knowledge of this engine. The water pump is internal and Ford service instructions state that the engine needs to come out to replace. The water pump was changed but could not find signs that the engine was removed as it should have been Now, the car now makes all sorts of clicking noises and misfires. I suspect that cam shaft position retaining tools were not used and something along those lines is causing these issues. They tried telling us that the oil was 4 qts low when we brought it in. This is impossible. The oil was just checked shortly before the water pump failure and if oil was so low there would be obvious signs of it. Note: the water pump failure did not blow the head gasket as to account for the missing oil. Duffy's refuses to investigate without us paying the labor to do so. Which is about 10 hours of labor. After we expressed our frustration with this, we have now been ignored and unfortunately have just accepted the fact that we need to purchase a new vehicle elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place to save you time, money and a headache.

Got a fairly decent car from them, but they only care about detailing cars and not checking them out well before the sell them, I traded a car in and forgot my I pass, And when I called them back they said they sold the car as fast as I brought it in and couldn't even Call the person who bought it Because he said he did not have a phone number for him now I have to pay $30 for a new transponder. Definitely will not buy from in the future and will not recommend.

What a ride... not just saying that for the car we bought (Mazda cx7) I went days prior to look at a car. But seeing that they have to lots. I went to the wrong one. Days later we went to look at that car the sales person was nice a helpful not pushy or anything. We later went to the other lot and went to take the cx7 for a test drive... in the middle of the test drive. We got a flat. The sales person promptly came picked us up and brought us back..... obviously we went home careless. What suprised me was even after we went home we didn't get calls to come back or felt pressure to try and get another car. A few days late I walked back in got a good test drive on my car. I don't have the best credit. But they were able to get me financed. Will very little down. I was realy surprised. No real bad complaints. At all only thing I wish I did different was checkbto make sure all the lights worked before purching... the driver side head light was bad didn't realize it till I got pulled over... haha other then that very clean places good cars and friendly people. I would definitely give this place a go if you are looking for car.
