Community Legal services is not a good fit because the recording says leave a message and someone will return your call. How many times do you need to leave a message and no one returns the courtesy of returning your call. You don’t know whether your message is left or not because you don’t option to press the #or the star ; key or the message doesn’t give me the option of pressing one to listen to your message. The message states that they’re working remotely; well we know most companies are but they should have the courtesy of returning a phone call. It’s the same at both locations the Erie Avenue location and that location on 1500 Chestnut St..

Because they reached out to serve the community of those who are in dire need and five stars can’t even describe how good they are I recommend anyone here for any type of matter and they are very resourceful
