This lawyer is like none I have never seen. The deceased has been dead for 6 years. we have never receive any paperwork. no communication.nothing acknowledging any transactions. He never answers any calls. So it left no choice as we will be filing 5 separate formal complaint with the BAR Association. I have been through this process before and it should not be like this. And the other review seems to have similar results. So he has our money and we cant even get any information about our family member who had lots of assets that magically got sold, yet reported to the family otherwise.

He was hired by my family to handle an estate...we live in virginia ...he is in pennsylvania ....for the past two and half years he has not once disclosed the estate. The house was sold October 2011 and not once has he sent me any paper work. I have called numerous times requested the paperwork and he agrees to send it never does. Very disappointed and i feel very betrayed by his lack of responsibilty.
